Housing Rehabilitation

The Housing Rehabilitation Program funds can provide a 0% interest, deferred, forgivable loan to make critical home repairs. The program is designed to improve the housing conditions of income-qualified households. Eligible residents can access up to $50,000 to pay for critical home repairs such as: 

  • Roofing and siding
  • Electrical, heating, and plumbing work
  • Structural repairs
  • Lead paint abatement
  • Energy efficiency upgrades (e.g., windows and storm doors)
