APPLICATIONS AND FORMS

Effective October 10, 2025 
Applications to the Conservation Commission are to be submitted electronically.

WHAT TO KNOW

  • All applications for review by the Conservation Commission are to be submitted online through the electronic portal.
  • ALL applications will require an electronic submission AND paper plans for technical review.
  • Applications may be submitted by a property owner, engineer, surveyor or other party involved in the project.
  • Payment may be made online with a credit/debit card or paid by check/cash to the Conservation Commission Office (located within the Building Department).
  • Application information is viewable by the public  

GETTING STARTED

  • Users who have previously requested online permits in Randolph (building, plumbing, electrical, etc.) may login using existing credentials.
  • First time users must register as a NEW USER
  • All applications may be viewed without creating a user account

Determine the applicability of the Wetlands Protection Act and its regulations to a proposed site and/or activity.Abbreviated Notice of Resource Area

Obtain a permit, called an Order of Conditions, to conduct work that might alter a wetland, wetland buffer or riverfront area.  The developer will file plans outlining the proposed work and methods employed to protect the wetlands.Notice of Intent (NOI)Apply online

COMMON QUESTIONS

Q: I have submitted my application, now what?

 

A: The Conservation Commission Administrator will review and contact you if any corrections or additional information are needed.  The Administrator will set a date for a meeting before the Conservation Commission as required by any regulation, state or local law.

 

Q: How do I pay the application fees?

 

A: The applicant will receive an email with the amount of the fee and a request for payment. Fees can be paid directly online using a credit card or by check delivered to: Randolph Conservation Commission, 41 South Main Street, Randolph, MA 02368. Fees can also be paid in check or cash directly to the Conservation Department located in the Building Department.
