The mission of the Treasurer/Collector's Office is to provide a high standard of customer service to the residents and employees of the Town Of Randolph. In addition to receiving and safeguarding all Town funds, this department is responsible for collection of tax and utility receivables, borrowing for capital projects authorized by the Town Council, management of Town payrolls and payment of Town expenses.
