Zoning Verification Request

Description:

A zoning verification letter is a request by an applicant to the Town for verification of the zoning of a parcel and whether the use on the property conforms with zoning. An applicant may request additional information regarding the property if desired.

Requirements:

A letter requesting verification on a specific property and should include the following:

  • Parcel Identification Number wich can be obtained from either the Assessor's Office or the online parcel/property maps
  • Address(es) associated with the property
  • Legal description (optional)
