Town Seeks Administrative Assistant to the Town Manager

Town of Randolph is seeking to fill the position of Administrative Assistant to the Town Manager.  Job responsibilities include providing full clerical and administrative support to the Town Manager including customer service, clerical functions, bill paying, department payroll, managing appointments, and other similar tasks assigned by the Town Manager.
 

Position is a 35-hour per week position that could occasionally require additional hours based on work flow.  Salary range is $54,738 – $72,032.

Must have significant computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel a must; MUNIS preferred). Candidates should have great customer service skills, strong organizational skills, be able to multi-task in a fast-pace environment, work well with others, maintain strong attendance, and handle working in a confidential environment.
