Under the direction of the Randolph Board of Health, the mission of the Randolph Health Department is prevent disease and promote wellness in order to protect and improve the health and quality of life of its residents, visitors and work force. This charge is carried out by the implementation of community health disease prevention & surveillance programs, public health education outreach & empowerment programs, environmental health permit & code enforcement inspection activities and public health emergency planning efforts conducted locally and as a region.

Pre-registration is NOT required, but suggested.  Walks-ins Welcome!
 
Pre-Registration Information
For testing at the Randolph site, online pre-registeration is suggested, but not required, to make sure there is enough vaccine on site.  If you pre-registered, you will be given an arrival time.  Your arrival time is not necessarily your testing time.  Once you arrive on site, expect that there will be a wait of up to 60 minutes or more for the testing process to take place depending on the volume of people seeking testing. Pre-registering helps us save time when you arrive onsite and helps to make sure your contact information is accurate so that you will receive your test results in a timely manner.  To pre-register, please click here.
 
Please note: We ask that while you are waiting in line to reach the testing area, please be courteous and mindful of the neighbors of the site and do not block driveways so they can enter and exit their property.  Thank you for your cooperation during this stressful time.
 
What if I did not get my test results?
If you did not get your test results, call Cataldo Ambulance Service at 844-422-8253, (844-4CA-TALDO) or by email at covid_results@cataldoambulance.com.  Please DO NOT call the RICC or go to the RICC to get your test results.

Beginning July 1, 2021, testing will take place Monday - Friday from 2:00pm to 6:00pm, Pre-Registration is suggested, but walk-ins more than welcome! Please note: There is no testing on Monday, July 5th
