MBTA- Better Bus Project

Thursday, December 8, 2022

Thank you to everyone who attended our November 14 virtual meeting. A recording of the meeting and breakout rooms will be posted to the event page soonThe recordings from the initial November 2 meeting are currently available on the event page.

We are pleased to announce that our next virtual public meeting will be held on Thursday, December 8 at 6 PM.

At the meeting, we will present the results of the Fare & Service Equity Analyses for Bus Network Redesign. These equity analyses meet the MBTA’s federal civil rights obligation to analyze service changes, and any fare impacts that may occur from mode shift, for any disparate impacts on minority riders or disproportionate burdens on low-income riders. Following the presentation, MBTA and MassDOT staff will be available to answer questions from the public.

The meeting will be held online, via Zoom. To pre-register, please visit:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Upon joining you will be prompted to share your first name, last name, and email address. Meeting attendees will be entered into the project’s email database to receive updates. The meeting will be recorded and posted on the event page for those who cannot attend.
