Applicant/department generates list of abutters within required number of feet of subject property using the Geographic Information System (GIS). The list shall be completed on a spreadsheet and contain the following minimum information:
- Date parcel information gathered
- Parcel ID
- Parcel address
- Parcel owner name, address, city, state, zip code
Abutters list is forwarded to Town of Randolph Engineering Department.
The Engineering Department validates the parcels within required number of feet of the subject property and forwards the list and associated parcel map to the Assessor's Office.
The Assessor's office certifies the parcel owner(s) and mailing address information for the abutters list and returns the validated list to the requesting applicant/department.
The applicant/department requesting certification should anticipate receipt of the certified list within 3 to 4 weeks of request.
