Town Manager Brian P. Howard reports that the Town of Randolph has a testing positivity rate of 4.41% (last week 4.75%) and is ranked #246 in the State. Our Average Daily Case Count is 24.1 (last week 27.0) and is ranked #47 in the State. A reminder that the Board of Health has at home test kits available at the Town Hall during regular business hours.
