2009 Report of the Zoning Board of Appeals
For the year of 2009 the Board received 10 new applications for relief from the zoning bylaws. The 40 B Comprehensive Permit (South Village), which is now being continued into 2010 and one other hearing that was carried from 2009 into 2010. Several of the ten hearings required more than one hearing. .

assistance provided throughout the year.
