The Open Meeting Law was revised as part of the 2009 Ethics Reform Bill and will centralize responsibility for state-wide enforcement of the law in the Office of the Attorney General. The proposed effective date of the revised law is July 1, 2010.
The Town of Randolph held a workshop on the changes to the Open Meeting Law on July 13, 2010, conducted by Elizabeth Friel of Deutsch Williams. For those that could not attend the documents below were discussed, including a copy of the PowerPoint Presentation used by Ms. Friel.
